We addressed the challenge of maximizing conversions for Bombafit by employing a targeted strategy through the Klaviyo platform, particularly for implementing abandoned cart and checkout initiation email flows.

By adopting a strategy focused on the effective use of behavioral data from website visitors, thanks to Klaviyo, we created a targeted email flow for users who abandoned their carts or started the checkout process without completing it.

This email flow was designed to engage users in three steps, with the third step including the sending of a discount coupon to encourage conversion.

This strategy allowed us to intercept users at a crucial stage of the purchasing process and provide them with an incentive to complete the purchase.

Thanks to this personalization and the timeliness of communications, we were able to maximize conversions and improve the overall effectiveness of Bombafit's marketing strategies.


Open Rate and Click Rate

In the last 30 days, the results of our email marketing strategy have been remarkable: the email open rate was 41.48%, while the click rate reached 2.30%.


Even more significant was the comparison with the first quarter of 2023, before the implementation of Klaviyo.
