Who is THUN?

THUN is an Italian company of interior decoration, collectables and gift ideas. The company was founded in 1950 to bring a unique decorative style that has united products belonging to several typologies under the same decoration philosophy, which represents the values and inspiration of the brand.

Nowadays, the company has more than 1000 stores across Europe, including multi-brand stores and single brand stores in countries such as Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

What was the challenge?

Rich Clicks was hired to empower the brand presence and awareness online through a full-funnel marketing strategy results orientated to build new audiences, increment online sales and develop an omnichannel strategy. Moreover, our team developed a brand protection plan and the strategies needed to increase the engagement of customers long-term.

What was our strategy?

We created a tailored strategy to achieve such goals. Including SEO, Google Search Campaigns, Display & Programmatic, Google brand protection, implemented Google store visit in order to embrace the omnichannel strategy, Usability and email marketing consultancy.
