Montefarmaco is an Italian pharmaceutical company established in 1945 at Dr Giovanni Colombo’s pharmacy in Milan.
The company has always been guided by pharmacists and with the efforts driven to collaborate with pharmacies and drugstores to maintain high standards on a daily basis.
With its beginning in a small laboratory, Montefarmaco has become a leading company in the Italian market with a strong international presence.
What was the challenge?
Rich Clicks was hired to help Montefarmaco create a strategy to efficiently organise communication about their products and improve the quality of their brand awareness. Creating their proto-personas and connecting them to the brand through marketing automation strategies.

The digital marketing strategy developed to empower Montefarmaco has included a full brand consideration and awareness plan through PPC campaigns with Google Adwords, Facebook advertising campaigns, YouTube and Google Adwords video campaigns, SEO strategy and audit and marketing automation strategy. Moreover, we helped Montefarmaco create a Digital Magazine with scientific contributors and its editorial plan with the right SEO keywords and article generation to engage with their customers. Analysing the behaviour of the users on the Montefarmaco website and considering their article preferences we have also built a strategy to re-engage with their clients sending related articles and related categories to their interests previously shown.
